Retired lady needs easy care planting

A small townhouse garden owned by a mature lady was overgrown with various subtropical and flowering shrubs which needed a lot of attention and on going maintenance.

                       

The owner was unable to keep up with all the ongoing maintenance, preferring to spend her time on other more leisurely activities.

           

She elected to have a low maintenance river pebble garden with easy care, drought tolerant plants.
